The following information is required and will speed up the response time during your call or when you email Customer Care:

  1. Serial number of the equipment requiring service (if applicable)
  2. Description of the problem (please provide as much detail as possible) including any pop up information
  3. Name and telephone number of the person placing the call (if different from contact name)
  4. Make and model of the equipment requiring service

If you are shipping a product that is eligible for international warranty outside of the United States, please take the following steps for a tag transfer:

  1. Title your email "Tag Transfer"
  2. In the body of the email provide the Asset Tag (serial) number of the unit
  3. In the body of the email provide the Destination Country

Please note - Failure to do a tag transfer in advance can lead to delays in service
