Advanced Hot-Swap (ASR) Warranty

A customer must qualify for the Advanced Hot-swap (ASR).

  • Replacement system will be available anytime the customer has a hardware issue
  • Customer Care will manage the hot-swap system pool
  • Customer Care will repair the defective unit(s) and use it for future replacement unit(s)
  • Data is not migrated from defective machine to the replacement
  • This program can be combined with Next Business Day Onsite (24/7 phone support and 8/5 onsite support)
  • Site specific content loads are available unpon hot-swap request
  • Separate agreement required for warranty pool units
  • Pricing is based of the BOM cost, volume and years coverage
